Privacy and data philosophy

CreditFixerToolkit is designed with a local-first philosophy. The desktop application stores client data inside an encrypted workspace on the user's own machine instead of uploading sensitive information to a hosted cloud service.

Local-first architecture

Client data entered into the desktop application remains stored locally within the encrypted workspace database. The software does not transmit client files or records to a central cloud database controlled by the developer.

Website data

The website may collect minimal technical information such as server logs or analytics needed to operate the site. This data is not used to build profiles of visitors and is not connected to the desktop application's client data.

Payments

Payments are processed through Stripe. Payment information is handled by Stripe’s secure infrastructure and is not stored on this website or inside the desktop application.

User responsibility

Because the workspace is stored locally, users are responsible for maintaining backups and protecting their own computer systems.

This policy may be updated over time to reflect product changes or legal requirements. Updates will be posted on this page.
